A consultation cafe on the theme ‘Having a good life in the Scottish Borders’ will be held on Monday 5th September, from 10am-2pm, at the Mac Arts Centre in Galashiels.

It’s facilitated by the Mental Health and Wellbeing Forum and is free to anyone living or working in the Borders. A light lunch will be provided.

The aim of the day is to capture what is out there in the local communities or what people tap into to, to help them keep well. Also, in their opinions, what’s missing and how do we fill the gaps.

It will also discuss the feasibility of producing a local guide to services or a ‘Passport to Wellbeing’, which people can signpost to. It will include top tips on wellbeing from people with lived experiences.
