Scottish Borders Health and Social Care Partnership Annual Performance Report for 2016-2017 has just been published.
The report gives an update on progress of the delivery of the Partnership’s strategic objectives as laid out in the Strategic Plan.
It provides detailed information about the main achievements over the past 12 months, and sets out the Partnership’s priorities for 2017-2018.
