There is a plan for each of the five localities and each plan outlines the area profile of the locality, what services currently exist and what the key priorities are for improving health and social care services for each locality.

The plans are out for public consultation from July 17 until September 16 2017.  Comments and feedback can be given in the following ways:

Full plans can be viewed and commented on the Scottish Borders Council website.

Summary Plans will also be available from a range of locations and partners, including libraries, Council contact centres, health centres and hospitals, third and voluntary sector organisations. They are also available from the Health and Social Care Integration team on 01835 825080 or at integration@scotborders.gov.uk

Third Sector representatives on the Locality Working Groups have decided to hold events to ensure their members and interest groups can be involved in the consultation. An event will be held in each locality. For more information, contact kathleen@borderscarevoice.org.uk
